Project Manager Job Description

Do you love coordinating and planning? Do you enjoy informing others and keeping them all on the same page about what’s happening?

When others talk about cultural differences, do you get excited?

If offered the chance to work in the best company culture you've ever been a part of, what would you do?  (We think you should apply!)

Amplinate is seeking a remote junior-level Project Manager to support our growing team on international research projects.

Currently, we have team members located in various cities across the United States, Brazil, the Philippines, and France. Because we work on studies located in countries all over the world, this PM position will require a flexible work schedule (to coordinate across time zones), and you may need to take evening or early meetings from time to time.

As an hourly project-dependent position, work hours may vary week-to-week. Most projects we expect anywhere from 15-40 hours per week, lasting 6-12 weeks.

Our company culture and brand start with bringing your Authentic self to work every day. We believe that challenging preconceived ideas with diverse perspectives makes us stronger. We care deeply about improving the lives of our research participants and representing them as they represent themselves. We treat everyone ethically, with integrity, as fellow humans.

Your passion for other cultures is essential. We conduct research all over the globe, so if you come from another country or speak another language, your perspective is a huge bonus.
