Amplinate GDPR Privacy Policy

Amplinate is also known as, “Chinellato Consult LLC”.

This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you.

1. What data do we collect or process?

Amplinate may collect, process, or have access to any of the following data:

  • Personal identification information – First name, last name, gender preference, ethnicity, phone number, personal address, email, income, employment status, schooling, digital signature.

  • Video, audio, and photographic images of yourself

2. How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Amplinate with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily sign up for a customer survey or a list of people who want to be interviewed for product research

  • Via audio video recording or photographs when you participate in a research study. In these cases, we will only collect your data in video if you sign an agreement to allow us to do so.

Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • A recruitment company that performs recruitment services for customer research that you have voluntarily send your information to. You will always be notified if that company is sharing your data with Amplinate.

3. How will we use your data?

Amplinate collects your data so that we can:

  • Recruit for research studies, participants that meet the criteria for the study.

  • Find your house for in-home interview research that you voluntarily agreed to participate in and has given your consent to.

  • Use your image to create product recommendations for our clients. In those cases, you must give your explicit consent in writing for that specific use. No personal information such as name, address, email or contact information will be shared with third parties. The exact purpose will be included in the agreement you sign, and you can choose to opt out of it, should you want to.

4. How do we store your data?

Amplinate securely stores your data in cloud storage at either Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 for Business, or Box. Your data is encrypted and held securely per the standards set by these companies. Your data is not shared with third parties unless you have given your consent to.

Amplinate will keep your information only for as long as it is required.

In the case of in-home interviews, we will keep your address, email, name, and phone number long enough to find your house for an interview and pay incentives.

Amplinate will keep your video recordings and photographic images no later than 90 days from the completion of the project involved. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by permanently deleting it from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Box.

This information is only kept for the specified time range to ensure that incentives have been distributed successfully and the project has formally concluded.

Legal contracts, like Non-Disclosure Agreements and Participant Consent Forms, are retained for the length of time required by law.

In the event you consent to join our recruitment panel, we will only retain the minimal amount of personal information required to assess your eligibility for future studies. Our panel is used only by Amplinate and is not shared with any other persons or entities.

We will not have access to any of your data once it is permanently deleted.

5. Marketing

Our Company will not send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

6. What are your data protection rights?

Amplinate would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following: 

  • The right to access – You have the right to request Amplinate for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Amplinate correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Amplinate to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Amplinate erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Amplinate restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Amplinate’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Amplinate transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

7. Complaints policy

Amplinate strives to deliver the highest quality service to any person in contact with Amplinate information. To ensure we continually meet our standards of quality, we want to ensure a pathway for any persons, including participants in our research studies, internal members of Amplinate, clients, and partners, to lodge any complaints regarding Amplinate services and conduct.
