Josh LaMar’s Bio
Josh LaMar (He/Him) is the Co-Founder and CEO of Amplinate, an international agency focusing on Human-First Research + Design to amplify bottom-line growth. Amplinate is committed to promoting cross-cultural understanding and deepening human connections through inclusive Research + Design. We are Queer and Latino owned, with centers of gravity in the USA, Brazil, France, and the Philippines.
Prior to founding Amplinate, Josh worked at Microsoft for 12 years where his research focused on content consumption, productivity, communication, and time management across the web, tablet, phone, and foldables. Josh is a lover of languages, travel, and celebrating cultures around the world through food and wine.
